On World Refugee Day, we stand with the millions of people forced to flee their homes in search of safety, dignity, and care.

Alongside rebuilding Syria’s healthcare system, SAMS remains committed to supporting refugees and displaced families in neighboring countries and beyond.

Across Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Greece, and Gaza, SAMS provides lifesaving healthcare, mental health support, maternal care, and essential medical services to refugees and displaced families. Every patient we serve represents a story of resilience and hope.

In 2025, SAMS delivered more than 50,000 medical services in Jordan’s Zaatari Refugee Camp, expanded mobile healthcare across Lebanon, supported more than 5,000 refugees and migrants in Greece, provided specialized care in Iraq, and delivered more than 113,000 medical interventions through primary care and mobile medical teams in Gaza.

This World Refugee Day, we renew our commitment to ensuring that forced migration never stands between people and the care they need. Together, we can continue bringing compassion, healing, and hope to communities facing unimaginable challenges.

Help SAMS continue carrying hope across borders by providing lifesaving healthcare and compassionate support to refugees and displaced families.
