Empowering Mothers and Children in Ritsona Camp
At Ritsona Camp, SAMS Hellas supported a mother experiencing a high-risk pregnancy with limited access to prenatal care. Through the Mobile Medical Team, she received consistent antenatal monitoring, careful management of gestational diabetes, and guidance throughout her pregnancy and delivery.
With this ongoing medical support, she was able to give birth safely despite the uncertainty surrounding her circumstances. After birth, her newborn continued to receive pediatric care and routine vaccinations through SAMS, ensuring a healthy start to life.
