Severe flooding along the Euphrates River has devastated communities across eastern Syria, impacting more than 3,000 families and damaging homes, infrastructure, and essential services.

Families in Deir Ezzor and surrounding areas have seen floodwaters surge through their neighborhoods, destroying homes and forcing many to seek urgent assistance. With healthcare access already limited, vulnerable families now face growing medical needs and increased health risks.

SAMS is mobilizing its Mobile Medical Units to deliver emergency healthcare, medications, and critical medical supplies to affected communities. We are also prepared to support access to clean water where needed.
