Lebanon is facing one of its darkest moments. In a matter of minutes, more than 100 airstrikes devastated Beirut, the South, Mount Lebanon, and the Bekaa Valley, leaving hundreds killed and more than a thousand injured.

Entire neighborhoods were hit without warning, a sudden wave of destruction that left families terrified, displaced, and desperate for help. Nearly 1 million people have been forced to flee their homes since the bombardment began in March.

Amid this crisis, SAMS healthcare workers are working tirelessly to deliver life-saving care to displaced families and children.

In Jbeil, SAMS Primary Health Center (PHC) remains fully operational and is currently running at full capacity in response to increased demand amid the recent escalation. SAMS’ Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) in Jbeil and Bekaa are actively responding to the urgent health needs of displaced civilians, traveling to displacement sites to provide medical services and psychosocial support, while also providing medications to patients in need. So far, SAMS teams have treated at least 280 patients in Jbeil.

At present, SAMS continues to provide care at the following locations:

  • – Primary Health Center in Jbeil (Byblos)
  • – Mobile Medical Unit (Jbeil)
  • – Mobile Medical Unit (Bekaa)
  • – Mobile Protection Outreach Team (Bekaa)
  • – Comprehensive Mental Health Static Center in (Al Marj)
  • – Advanced Safe Space for Women and Girls in Arsal (at Syrian border)

Please stand with the families and children of Lebanon—your donation today can bring lifesaving care, safety, and hope to people who have lost everything.

Every contribution helps us deliver emergency care, sustain mobile medical services, and ensure that families caught in this crisis receive the medical care they urgently need. Your support today is crucial.
