This Website is owned and operated by SAMS, and this TOU grants you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, nontransferable, and nonsublicenseable license to use it, conditioned on your compliance with these terms. You may print or download materials solely for personal use, provided all copyright notices remain intact. For commercial use, contact SAMS.
2. LICENSE GRANT RESTRICTIONS. This TOU is a license, not a sale. You agree that SAMS transfers no ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use this Website in any way not expressly permitted.
