SAMS Is There When It Counts

Syria remains at the heart of SAMS’ emergency work. Since 2011, our teams have delivered care through hospitals, mobile clinics, rehabilitation centers, and mental health programs, reaching millions in areas where the health system has collapsed.

SAMS also responds wherever medical needs are urgent. From Gaza and Libya to Ukraine and Morocco, we’ve launched critical interventions in crisis zones around the world. Our efforts include trauma surgery, maternal care, psychosocial support, and health worker training.

Since launching our global response in 2016, SAMS has provided medical aid to more than 1.3 million people across 13 countries.
