Led by Dr. Bassel Atassi, SAMS’ 32nd medical mission brought together 127 participants, including 94 volunteers from 11 countries, making it one of SAMS’ largest missions to date. This mission marked the first time open-heart surgeries were performed by a cardiothoracic team, and the first delivery of dental preventive care at Al-Zaatari schools. Specialties included: Cardiology, Dental, ENT, Plastic Surgery, and Ophthalmology.
