Hazar Jaber is the CEO of Happy Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics, leading a team of 140 employees across five locations in Washington State, serving 30,000 children. Trained as a dentist at Damascus University, she earned her MBA from Oregon Health & Science University and focuses on business leadership.
Hazar leads the Membership Committee as a SAMS board member and has led dental missions to Jordan for the past ten years, working to improve oral health access for underserved communities.
She believes a leader’s role is to create a clear vision, build a strong culture, and empower people to thrive.
