Despite these challenging times and the significant impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, you have not turned a blind eye to the suffering of the hundreds of thousands of people who have endured nine years of conflict, displacement, and unfathomable hardships.
We would like to honor and thank all of our selfless medical personnel on the ground in Syria who continue to work around the clock to ensure dignified, quality care to those who otherwise wouldn’t be able to receive the treatment they need and deserve. Their bravery in the midst of conflict despite the added risks to their own lives is truly remarkable and inspiring as is their dedication to serving vulnerable communities.
