SAMS works on the front lines of crisis relief in Syria and beyond to alleviate suffering, save lives, and support medical professionals.

SAMS works to serve the medical needs of patients in need, regardless of their religious background, race, ethnicity, or political affiliation. SAMS mainly operates in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey. Inside Syria, SAMS provides medical care and relief, supporting over 110 medical facilities and more than 3,000 medical personnel.
SAMS proudly provides dignified care to Syrian refugees living in neighboring countries and beyond. SAMS provides primary and specialized medical care to vulnerable individuals living in refugees camps and urban areas in neighboring countries and beyond. In 2016, SAMS launched SAMS Global Response (SGR) to provide care to address the medical needs of vulnerable populations stranded in Greece. In 2017, SAMS expanded its operations to Bangladesh and Egypt to meet growing medical needs of vulnerable individuals who have no access to care.
Throughout the year, SAMS organizes and facilitates medical missions, bringing together skilled medical professionals from around the world to provide lifesaving, dignified healthcare to those in need, free of charge.
