The Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) is working closely with donor countries and partners inside the UN to try and bring clarity and resolution to the cross-border aid situation. We know this is a frightening time for many of the communities we serve, and have already heard from beneficiaries and staff about the disruptions that the lack of renewal has caused. We remain committed to continuing to provide high quality medical services to all those in need in Northwest Syria, and further, will continue to push our partners to arrive at a permanent and just solution for aid provision.
