Responsibilities:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, planning and implementing general office systems, layout, and equipment selection
- Monitor and order general office supplies
- Create shipping labels and confirm shipment of correspondence/supplies
- Troubleshoot issues regarding office equipment including but not limited to computer licenses, printers, faxes, and telephones.
- Update phone contact list and universal email directory (supports IT office in Jordan and Turkey)
- Organize and lead bi-monthly staff meetings; take and distribute staff meeting notes
- Maintain inventory of computers, screens, printers, keys, and fobs
- Receive, sort, and distribute SAMS info emails
- Organize and lead monthly “Staff Shout Out” luncheon
- Assist Executive Director and HR & Administration Manager in administrative duties
- Make sure the office area is clean and tidy
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 0-2 years of office experience
- Microsoft Suite proficiency Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational abilities aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Some college required
