DONATE NOWSince 2011, the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) has been at the forefront of providing essential medical care in Syria. We've sponsored hospitals, mobile clinics, and ambulances to deliver care where it's needed most.
Over 11.3 million Syrians need health assistance, including nearly 3 million in conflict-affected areas. With over half of Syria's health facilities damaged and health workers fleeing, the crisis is unprecedented. Additionally, 1 in 30 Syrians suffers from a severe mental health condition.
